Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker Category

Employment Offer Sub – Category is for skilled workers who have a job offer for a skilled occupation in Saskatchewan and required some requirements such as:
- Minimum Score of 60 points on the SINP points
- One year experience in the past 10 years in the offered occupation
- Valid SINP Job Approval Letter and an offer of permanent, full-time employment in Saskatchewan.
- Job-offer must be in NOC A, B, 0 or a designated trade.
- Have a language score of at least Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4.
- A profile is required in the Express Entry Pool, with profile number and job seeker validation code.
- Candidates must provide Language test results from a designated testing agency
- Minimum Score of 60 points on the SINP points
- Candidates completed one year of post-secondary education, training to the Canadian education system that leading to a diploma, certificate or degree.
- Degrees and diplomas obtained outside Canada subject to an Educational Credential Assessment.
- Saskatchewan Experience – Beneficial for potential immigrants who currently live and work in Saskatchewan and have a desire to become permanent residents of the province, includes five immigration streams designed to target workers who gained employment experience in Saskatchewan.

- Business Immigration – It allows candidates to start a business in the province. Candidates enter a pool where they receive a score. It includes some streams
Entrepreneur Stream – allows candidates to start or obtain a business in the province. This stream is a three-stage process:
- Expression of interest
- Invitation to submit an application
- Nomination
International Graduate Entrepreneur Stream – It helps international students graduating from eligible Saskatchewan institutions stay in the province as entrepreneurs.
Farm Owners/Operators Stream- This category is beneficial for individuals with experience in farming who wish to own and operate a farm in Saskatchewan.

Occupation-In-Demand Sub-Category
Occupation-In-Demand Sub-Category is for those Workers who do not have a job offer but are highly skilled in a Saskatchewan in-demand occupation. Candidates with proof of legal status or outside Canada in Canada both qualify.
Requirements
Candidates completed one year of post-secondary education, training to the Canadian education system that leading to a diploma, certificate or degree.
Minimum Score of 60 points on the SINP points
Have a language score of at least Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4
Proof required for settlement funds and a settlement plan.
One-year work experience required in the past 10 years in the field of education or training occupation
Saskatchewan Express Entry
Saskatchewan Express Entry is for skilled workers who want to work and live in Saskatchewan and are in the federal Express Entry Pool. Candidates with proof of legal status or outside Canada in Canada both qualify.
